Alive 'N' Kicking for Practitioners

Alive 'N' Kicking caters for families with children within the age range of 2 - 16 years old, each age category has it's own programme specifically designed for children of that age. We also have our own charity that has been set up to allow us to fund projects for communities and to offer support and guidance in the area of overweight and obese children.
